What's the different between Standard, Premium and the new Family Seating?

Since COVID, The Maui Nui Luau at Black Rock only offers one kind of seating, Family Seating. You’ll have your own private table for your party, and an all-you-can-eat buffet to satisfy your appetite. If things go back to how they were before COVID-19, tickets will be offered as standard or premium.

With premium seating your table will be in the first 2 rows, right up next to the stage. You’re also allowed to enter earlier than the standard guests. If you’re dead set on being in the first row, it’s best to come a bit early. You also get first chance at the buffet.

Check-in Time: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (currently) at 4:30 pm.

Check-in Location: On the Luau grounds at the Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa. 2605 Kaanapali Parkway, Lahaina, HI 96761

I've always been attracted to events that celebrate the people of an area. I liked the hula dancers, which depicted the story of ancient Hawaiian lore and mythology, as well as the fire dancing. The dancers were all so graceful and talented. I had an amazing time at the Sheraton Luau and very much recommend it.

Wonderful Photographer going the extra mile

We enjoyed the Sheraton Maui Luau which was located next to the beach where one can see the beautiful sunset Happy to see many vegetable (healthy) options in the buffet table. We bought the photo from the Luau photographer (Martin C.) who took beautiful pictures of us. In the rush of packing and traveling, somehow the precious photo was misplaced. Sheraton provided us his contact info. We called Martin and asked for his help regarding our dilemma. He went beyond expectation to help us obtain another copy of the photo we lost. Martin was kind, funny, and helpful. A shout out to Martin for his excellent service. Thank you Martin! It is because of wonderful people like you which makes the Sheraton Maui Luau memorable and worth coming back to. We will treasure our Sheraton Maui Luau photo forever.

FIRE!

Really, the pinnacle (and reason they save it for last) is the fire dancing show. WOW! So impressive. These guys must have been charred head to toe in learning this. Amazing show! Bravo!

Definitely the best Maui luau

I've attended 2 other luaus in the last trips to Maui: Old Lahaina Luau and Royal Lahaina Luau. I liked how you could sit on the ground at Old Lahaina Luau. It's said to be the best, but I disagree. The Royal Lahaina Luau didn't hold a match to either of them. But the Andaz Luau was truly special. 1st class all the way, from service to the performances and food. Loved it!

Sold out...

You really ought to have more than 3 days per week available. I'm staying at the Sheraton and all 3 nights that I'm here are already sold out. Not cool.
