Featuring personalized table service, guests will also enjoy pre-show Hawaiian craft demonstrations, a historical and cultural journey of Hawaii’s Polynesian ancestors, open bar of premium craft cocktails and self-serve Maui Brewing Co. beers, commemorative photo, exclusive entertainment, and a three course ohana-style meal from Executive Chef, Isaac Bancaco. Food items include fresh, island-inspired grinds like ahi poke, poi, squid, cured beef, Hamakua mushroom salad, kalua pig, pulehu ribeye, fresh fish, edamame fried rice, Kauai prawns and more, with desserts like haupia tarts, chocolate cake and Molokai sweet potato cheesecake.

What's the different between Classic and Premium Seating?
With premium seating your table will be in the front row, right up next to the stage. Even though the stage is raised, it’s worth being able to be close without other tables in front of you.
You’ll also be given early access to the luau grounds and bar.
Check-in Time: Check in at 5:30pm (5pm for premium seating). (November 1st to January 31st check in at 5pm.) Early arrivals will join the line where cocktails will be served as you wait to enter.

This isn't your typical buffet luau - think upscale dining with personalized service and craft cocktails. The ribeye and Kauai prawns were fine dining restaurant quality, and having Maui Brewing Co. beers on tap was a nice touch. Most intimate luau setting we've experienced in Hawaii.
The Andaz luau stands out for its attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, everything felt more refined than other luaus we've attended. Instead of rushing through a buffet line, we enjoyed a relaxed multi-course meal served family style. Chef's menu was impressive - the ahi poke and Hamakua mushroom salad were standouts.
The Andaz luau was honestly one of the best nights of our trip. The food was out of this world and probably the best we've had here. My man couldn’t stop raving about it. The fire knife dancing at the end really brought the energy up! Only downside is it’s a bit pricy, but worth it. Whenever we travel, we travel with our stomachs first, so we budget for a few big meals. next time, I'll make sure the luau is one of them.
We came expecting a typical luau experience but got so much more. The smaller group made it feel more personal, and the craft cocktails were awesome. The dancers were incredible, and the fire guy at the end was mind-blowing.
The luau was great, but I wish the whole thing was longer. I would like this to go till 11 or 12 so we can kick it and meet people. Maybe you could do a special evening once per week for single people to hang out after the show and have more drinks and make it a longer party. The food was really good. The views: Unreal. We scored on the sunset last night!
