An all-you-can-eat-buffet is included, with Hawaiian menu item options such as kalua pig, shoyu chicken, Hawaiian fried rice, lomi lomi salad, Molokai sweet potatoes, mac salad, grilled teriyaki steaks, seafood pasta, stir fried veggies, Kula greens, pineapple coleslaw, poi and locally-loved sweets like coconut haupia. Classic tropical cocktails are also offered on the open bar throughout the evening, and fire knife dancing is included.

I've gone to 3 luaus while visiting the Hawaiian Islands, and this one was my favorite one. The fire dancing was second to none!
