our luau at Grand Wailea was fun and we learned about the culture of Maui and Hawaii and all the islands across the Pacific. The dancers told stories with grace and enthusiasm. The setting was elegant and I think it's a must-do for anyone visiting Maui.

Storytelling with Hula!

The oceanfront setting was fab, and learning that the storytelling is done through dance was eye opening. I just though it was hula for fun. The buffet was delicious, especially the macadamia nut mahi mahi.

save room for dessert

I was impressed by the cultural depth of the Grand Wailea luau. The pre-show activities, like hula lessons and lei making, and crafts were fun and beautiful. I liked being able to talk with the artists. The food was delicious, and the desserts made me wish I hadn't eaten as much dinner before them!

fish was BOMB

The Grand luau was a highlight of our trip. Being just above the beach at sunset was breathtaking. Loved the tale of Pele. The buffet was extensive, and the fish was fresh. Thank you!!!!
